Saboteur Crime Prevention - Blind closer

Quick Start Guide

This is an example of how to set your blind to open at 8:15 AM
in the morning and close at 6:30 PM in the evening. The timer
works on a 24-hour clock so 18:00 is the same as 6:00 PM.

FEATURES
Your vertical blind controller has the following features,

• Easy to remove for manual operation.
• Fits different size ball chains.
• Long battery life.
• Battery low indication.
• Automatic open and close times.
• One touch open and close.
• Programmable tilt delay.
• Random mode.
• Child lock.

SET CLOCK Press ‘Set’ button. Press ‘<’ button to change hours to current hour. Press ‘>’ button to change minutes to the current minute. Press ‘Set’ to go to the next option, which is the time the blind will open.
SET OPEN TIME Press ‘<’ button to change hours to 8 on the display. Press ‘>’ button to change minutes to 15 on the display. Press ‘Set’ to go to the next option, which is the time the blind will close.
SET CLOSE TIME Press ‘<’ button to change hours to 18 on the display. Press‘>’ button to change minutes to 30 on the display. Press ‘Set’ to go to the next option, which is the tilt angle that the blind will open.
SET TILT Press ‘<’ button to increase the angle the blind will open. Or press ‘>’ button to decrease the angle the blind will open. Press ‘Set’ to go to the next option, and turn the timer on.
SET TIMER Press ‘>’ to turn the timer on. Press ‘Set’ to go to the next option, random mode.
SET RND Leave this option off and press ‘Set’ to return to normal operation.

Your timer is now set and should be the same as shown below but with the correct time (below shows a time of 12 o’clock in the afternoon). The symbol TIMER should be on the display meaning that it has been set to open and close automatically.

To test the open angle of the blind give a quick press on the ‘<’ (open) button, the blind will now close and open to the angle set in tilt option. If the blind is not open wide enough then go to the set tilt option by stepping through the options by pressing ‘Set’ and increase the value as shown above and press ‘Set’ twice until back in normal operation mode (normal operation is when SET is not displayed).

You can review any of your settings by just pressing ‘Set’ until you get back to the current time.
